Questions about AI testing
When does testing begin?
Once access is ready and we start fulfillment. Time in the queue does not count towards the 14 days.
What will I receive?
A written report from testing one app on 12 virtual devices. No screenshots or recordings.
Will testing detect every bug?
No. AI findings may be incorrect or incomplete. The report supports your assessment; it is not a security audit or a guarantee of bug-free software.
What data should I provide?
Use test data only. Do not provide users’ personal data, production passwords or payment details. Technical information needed for testing is processed through the OpenAI API.
Is this a subscription?
No. $10 including tax is a one-time price for one app, 12 virtual devices, 14 days of testing and a written report.
