2. Service scope
This SaaS service includes AI installation and testing of one Android app on 12 virtual devices for 14 days, followed by a written report. Screenshots, recordings, code fixes and security audits are not included. AI uses the OpenAI API. The devices are virtual; the package does not provide a team of 12 people.
3. Accounts and orders
You need a verified email account, a current browser and internet access. Supply the package name and access to the test version as requested in the submission form. Review the scope and price before paying. Unpaid submissions are drafts; confirmed payment places an order in the queue. Protect your password and provide accurate information.
4. Price and payment
The package costs $10 USD including tax, paid once without a subscription or automatic renewal. Paddle processes sales as Merchant of Record; the seller is identified at checkout and on the payment document. Paddle terms govern the payment transaction; these terms describe testing fulfillment. We do not store full card details.
5. Testing period and report
The 14 days begin when testing actually starts, not when payment is made. Your dashboard shows the queue, progress, completion and testing dates. You receive a written report after testing. Start timing depends on access readiness and the queue; immediate start is not promised. We notify you of access problems or interruptions affecting delivery and agree on a revised schedule or settlement for the undelivered service.
6. Access and test data
You must have the right to submit the app and authorize installation and testing within the order scope. You retain your app rights. Supply a test environment and synthetic data without real users’ personal data, production passwords or payment details. Do not submit malware or apps whose testing infringes others’ rights. Access to production resources and real payments are outside the package.
7. AI limitations
AI findings may be incorrect or incomplete. Virtual devices do not reproduce every physical device or usage condition. Review the report before relying on it. We do not guarantee detection of every defect, security or business outcomes. These limitations do not remove responsibility for delivering the service or mandatory customer rights.
8. Complaints and non-delivery
Email info@12testersfor14days.com with your order ID, the issue and requested resolution. We respond within 14 days. Statutory remedies for non-conforming or undelivered services apply, including correction, price reduction or refund where legally required. Refunds are processed through Paddle; purchases are not categorically non-refundable.
9. Withdrawal
Consumers and persons with equivalent statutory protection generally have 14 days from a distance contract’s conclusion to withdraw. Send an unambiguous notice to info@12testersfor14days.com or the operator’s postal address, including purchase date and order ID. Example: “I withdraw from order [ID], concluded on [date]. Name, email, notice date.” Purchase, login or the start of testing does not automatically waive this right. Any early start and proportionate payment require the applicable legal conditions; these terms do not replace a separate express request. A refund due upon withdrawal is made within 14 days of receiving the notice.
10. Account closure and changes
Request account closure by email; this does not automatically cancel ongoing orders or payment obligations. Access may be restricted for abuse or security risks, subject to customer rights. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively change paid services. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence.
