2. Data collected
Account data includes name, email, password hash, verification and login sessions. Order data includes package name, language, preparation confirmations, status, dates, history, payment references and correspondence. Technical data may include IP address, browser information and security logs. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Accounts, orders, reports and service communications: contract performance or pre-contract steps, GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Legal and accounting obligations: Article 6(1)(c). Security, abuse prevention and legal claims: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Required account/order data is necessary to deliver the service; providing it is not otherwise a statutory obligation unless required by law.
4. AI and app content
Technical information needed for testing, such as app behavior descriptions, logs, screen content and results, is sent to the OpenAI API. We do not send customers’ personal data for this purpose. Use synthetic data and test environments without real users’ personal data. Technical content may reveal app information: do not include secrets or data that cannot be processed for testing. The customer report excludes screenshots and recordings; screen content may still be processed during testing.
5. Recipients
We use OVHcloud for hosting and email, Paddle for payments and the OpenAI API for technical analysis. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the service, and authorities where legally required. Paddle independently determines some purposes of payment-data processing under its own policy. We do not sell personal data.
6. International processing
Paddle and OpenAI services may involve processing outside the EEA. Personal-data transfers require an applicable legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of recipients and safeguards. We do not claim that all data remains in Poland.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while the account is maintained. Orders and reports are retained as needed for fulfillment, complaints and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims; legally required documents for the statutory period. Log and session retention depends on security needs and session validity. You may request erasure, subject to ongoing orders, legal duties and legitimate claims. We do not promise immediate backup deletion or zero provider retention.
8. Cookies and security
A manually selected language is stored in the site_language cookie for up to 12 months. Essential cookies support login, sessions and account protection. Blocking them may prevent dashboard access. With consent, Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) measures advertising. Google may receive IP address, browser data, page URL and advertising identifiers and set cookies. The tag loads immediately in advanced Consent Mode. Before consent and after rejection it sends cookieless measurement signals, including consent status, to Google; advertising cookies require acceptance. Ad personalization is disabled. The ads_consent cookie stores your choice for 180 days. Withdraw consent through Privacy settings. Data may be processed outside the EEA under Google transfer safeguards. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We use access controls, password hashing and HTTPS. No system can eliminate all risk.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to legitimate-interest processing. You may complain to the Polish UODO or your competent supervisory authority. AI tests apps; we do not make solely automated decisions about customers with legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Updates
The version date is displayed here. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated on the website or by email.
11. Earlier payments
Earlier orders may have been processed by Dodo Payments. That provider may retain those transaction records for accounting, refunds and legal obligations.
